FeraEyeTerms of Use
1. Acceptance
By using FeraEye you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 13. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
2. The service
FeraEye is a paid football-analytics app for Apple Watch and iPhone that turns your game into a personal analysis (heatmap, score, metrics, "compare to yourself").
3. Subscription, trial & billing
FeraEye is offered by auto-renewable subscription: a 7-day free trial, then $4.99/month or $29.99/year (regional pricing may vary). Payment is charged to your Apple Account. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings. Any unused trial portion is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under its terms.
4. Health disclaimer
FeraEye is for informational and fitness purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Metrics (including heart rate) may be approximate. Consult a physician before starting any physical activity. You use the app at your own risk.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app, reverse-engineer it, or disrupt it.
6. Intellectual property
The app, its content, and the FeraEye name are ours. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use the app under these Terms.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
8. Changes & governing law
We may update these Terms; continued use after a material change means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel.
