FeraEyePrivacy Policy
1. Data we collect
- Health data (heart rate) via Apple HealthKit — to calculate in-game effort and load. Read only with your explicit permission.
- Precise location — to auto-detect the pitch you play on and measure distance and runs. Used only during a session ("When In Use").
- Motion data (device motion sensors) — to count sprints and measure play intensity.
- Account identifier — via Sign in with Apple (we never see your password).
2. How we use your data — and what we never do
Your health, location, and motion data are processed on your device and used solely to produce your personal football analysis (heatmap, score, metrics, "compare to yourself").
We never use health or fitness data for advertising, marketing, or data-mining; we never sell it; we never store personal health information in iCloud; we never disclose it to third parties for their own use.
3. What is stored, and where
- On your device: your evenings, games, metrics, and history. This does not leave your device.
- Subscriptions: processed by Apple; we do not receive your payment details.
4. Your rights
You may access your data, delete all your data (in-app, one tap), export your data, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these, use the in-app controls or contact support@feraeye.com.
5. Retention
On-device data is kept until you delete it or uninstall the app.
6. Children
FeraEye is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data.
7. Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be notified in-app and may require renewed consent.
